Background Endoscope is kind of a new thing in Indonesia. The equipments are complicated, expensive and very sensitive electronic and optical equipments therefore need a very careful handling and maintenance. That’s why the paramedics who have full ability to handle and maintain the endoscope equipments are very much needed along with the increasing endoscope services. Purpose 1. To increase the knowledge about gynecology endoscope indication and application 2. To increase the knowledge and skills about endoscope surgical room instrument technology and its maintenance. 3. To increase the knowledge and skills about patient nursing (pre, durante, and post operative) Participant 1. Surgery nurse (majored) 2. General nurse who works in surgical rooms or who interests in Endoscope Surgery Syllabus : Introduction and Development of Gynecology Endoscopy Surgery Basic Principals of Equipment Sterilization and Surgical Room Preparation Nursing Introduction to Endoscope Surgery Instrumentation and Endoscope Appliance Usage Procedure Introduction to Endoscope Instruments Practice (hands on): Presentation and manipulation procedure of various instrumentation in surgical room. Theory and demonstration on pelvic training models.
